Find a dark place on a late night this weekend to enjoy the Perseid meteor shower. You can even participate in citizen science by counting the number of meteors you see with NASA's Meteor Counter app.

It is such a shame that I missed this thing! It looks so wonderful in the video! If only I didn't stay in the city for that one night. I only hope this isn't just like those once in a lifetime things. I really wish to see a meteor shower. Exactly how dark must the place be so you can see it anyway? I would really appreciate some tips in viewing these things so that next time I won’t end up regretting anything.
